Mouldy buns at Wimpy Eldo Square

I went to the wimpy as Eldo square for supper and was served a cheese burger with a mouldy bun. When I complained the owner / manager sumaya she had a terrible attitude. She insisted that it's not mould and it was the space where a skewer was incorrectly poked into the burger. This was blatant lies and an insult to my intelligence. Her attitude was belligerent and aggressive. Is this someone you want representing the brand? Someone who lies and makes the customer feel inferior? She insisted the buns were fresh but this was lies because another burger ordered also had mould and the burgers my family ate all were stale. Disgusting and unimpressive. I am going to contact the relevant health authorities.
