Midlands Mall Wimpy Bad Customer Service

My Wife and I were wanting Breakfast this morning whilst we were at the Midlands Mall, Pietermaritzburg. We decided to go to the Wimpy. NO WELCOME at reception area ! We found a seat and sat down. We waited and no one came to help ! I caught the notice of a man of colour to assist. He asked if we had been attended to and I rep**** \No\". He brought Menus and departed. After having made up our minds on what we would like to eat, we sat for quite sometime and he never came back to take the order. I was then able to catch his attention and beckoned him again. He picked up Menus and proceeded in our direction. Service at last I thought ? He walked right past us taking NO notice of us,and put down the menus with people sitting behind us, who had come much later than us. Pensioners we are, but completely ignored !!!!!! Colour of our skins ??? I don't want to suggest that ugly word \"Racis.....\". If this is the NO service one gets here, we then got up and walked out !! NO ONE bothered to ask why or cared !!! I certainly won't go back OR recommend this place to anyone I know ! What a disgrace !!!"
