Low standard

Wimpy Chatsworth Centre has the worse service ever. Been there a few times many years ago and it was bad then. Decided to try them again after many years hoping that service would improve but NO. They are still as bad. It's bad enough that they count the chips. The chips are now broken into pieces then counted. The waitress took it upon herself to put ice cream into the milkshake (glass was not full) instead of cream and when I asked why, she said a lot of customers dont like cream. Meal came way after out drinks were finished. And after that came a handful of cutlery.
