Horrible experience at wimpy N1 City food court.

I took my mom for a birthday breakfast at wimpy N1 City, the upstairs food court branch, the waitress who was very nice at first took our order and when the food came it was not what we ordered, instead of steak with mushroom sauce the waitress come back with old, hard, almost stale crumbed chicken and mushroom sauce.

We called the waitress over and told her this was the incorrect order, she does not take the plate and merly says she will to chat with her manager?

She comes back and says she apologizes it was her mistake in taking the incorrect order and says she cannot make my mother the steak, we’re confused, disappointed and annoyed that 1. The manager did not have the decency to come apologize 2. At all the restaurants we’ve eaten at if a waiter/waitress gets an incorrect order it’s replaced with the correct one 3. The waitress goes back and talks utter bull**** about my mother to her colleagues as we can see and hear her.

Ofcause we’re upset we pack our food and leave. When going to the register we ask to speak to the manager, she then says the waitress explain a different situation to her and said we ordered the chicken and now want to change this to the steak, making us look like ***** and fools.

Honestly what type of employees do they house? *****, people who don’t care about their customers? Honestly I would not step a food in there again and that is most likely the reason why they’re always empty!
