lacking customer service skills
The service i recieved from Ayanda at Wimpy Mthatha was just bad beyond words. Had to wait 50 minutes for my order....no apologies whatsoever. Instead i was told \i was not being patient". Its really unfortunate to see someone who doesnt appreciate the job they have and who doesnt understand what customer service is whereas there are thousands of people out there looking for jobs. Ayanda should just get her act together bcoz her attitude is seriously appaulling"""
