Kind, caring, helpful and super child friendly
We arrived at the Garden Route Mall wimpy after a 40 min drive and my oldest son of nearly 11yrs was very car sick. Monique who I believe is one of the Managers was so incredibly kind and helpful. She recognised his distress immediately, seated us immediately and ran for a bucket and flat coke. She saved my son the embarrassment of throwing up publicly and helped to keep him distracted and for that I cannot be more thankful. She was genuinely concerned for him and was so caring and gave us wonderful attention as I had my 1yr old asleep in my arms and my 5yr old at my side. Thank you so much again! 10 stars for wimpy's staff!!!!
