Insect in my food

I went to have a meal at Wimpy Jean Avenue and saw a ****roach... I informed a lady who is working there about it... No problem. But now I ordered food at the drive through and when I opened my food there is a dead fly that looks it had been fried with my fries. I'm going back to the restaurant with the meals I ordered and want a refund I am never eating there ever again
