Incorrect pricing on menu vs bill. Waiter stated that I was wrong even when I showed her the menu in print

This morning 12 April 2025, 4 pensioners went to Atlas Mall Wimpy to have breakfast and celebrate my birthday.

On the breakfast menu there was listed a special stating that if you bought a breakfast a regular cappuccino is included.

We bought 3 x Double Up Breakfasts with 3 regular cappuccino and 1 x Mzansi breakfast with a regular black coffee. When we finished and the bill was presented, I queried the fact that I was being charged R116.70 for the cappuccino. I was informed that this special was only related to one breakfast option on the menu and not on all options on the page.

I sincerely believe that was false advertising since the special did not indicate the applicable options

I suggest you review your advertising standards
