Impudent Perseverance @ Wimpy

Good afternoon

I would just like to share my disappointment about the service I received at Wimpy Phuthaditjhaba (Shell Garage). In particular, the cashier by the name of Perseverance was impudent when I asked why she’s letting another customer cut the line while I was there before her. Furthermore, she instructed me to pack my own food orders since I requested for my order to be separated. That cashier should be trained on customer service and the manner in which she should engage with customers. her mannerisms suck. And what sucked the most is that ladies from the kitchen backed her up on her sick customer service!

We never experience such service when Valencia is operating the front desk (working as a cashier)
