Improper service

I went to Wimpy in Gold Reef City. I was served by a lady called Lindiwe. She gave us the menu and let us choose. Fine that happened, next up is that I had to wait for the food for about 20 minutes without her telling us anything. I had to call another waiter to assist us he sure did call Lindiwe to serve us. She came and bought the food to our table after serving people who came after us. The steak was not even ready the chicken was too dry. I am disappointed with the way she threw my card at me I don't know if this is how the staff is trained to treat customers. I'm just not happy.👎🏻
