Ignores customer
While waiting patiently at the counter to pay a waitress showed up to assist me.while she was standing at the till to help me the manager Letta came from the side to help a customer who showed up after me completely ignoring both me and the waitress helping me. When I asked for the manager and was told it is her. I then asked her why she was helping the other guy she said that's what the waitress told her. Not even as much as an apology or explanation. Absolutely shocking attitude
