HSSE incident and bad service

I had an awful experience at Wimpy in Langebaan Lagunal Mall. We waited over 45 minutes for breakfast, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold, and the order was partially wrong. The milkshakes were terrible, and tastes as if it is made with frothed milk instead of ice cream – the strawberry one was overly sweet, tasting just like syrup, and the coffee milkshake was strong but had no flavor. On top of that, there were exposed *****s on the sides seats that management is aware of, but they don’t warn customers. As I sat down, my clothes got ripped, and I scratched my leg on the sharp edges. When I complained, nothing was done. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.
