Horrific experience

Wimpy Sanlam center, Parow, Cape Town. Service is **********. No one to seat us down, when we sat, no one came to serve us. I had to ask front desk twice for help, a waitress was allocated by the store manager, she brought the menus and asked us to place our orders without givinf us time to even look at the menu.
