Horrible service twice in one morning!

I am utterly revolted by the terrible service that I have received from Wimpy in Sandton this morning, I had ordered Flap jacks with Ice Cream for Breakfast and the Flapjacks arrived with no Ice cream, I called them and was told they forgot to add it, the Waiter/Manager I spoke too asked me to reorder something else so that they can rectify this mistake - I told him that it will be charged on my account again, he said he can offer me free coffee with my new order, so what will I do with a second order

I told him I do not drink coffee, he asked if there is anything else that I would like to drink, so I opted for a chocolate milkshake.

An hour later a huge cup of Ice cream was delivered with my new order, when I called him to report this he told me that the cashier may have forgotten to add the milkshake again, her name is Mpume on the Receipt, and the guy's name is Khabila!!
