Horrible service received

I was at wimpy in Clearwater today (25/11/2019) to have my breakfast Our order was pretty simple... Streaky breakfast for three (me.,my mom n my sister) two coffies n a orange juice

45mins later we got our food..... COLD AS EVER my mom n sister were so hungry they just ate anyway n I refused and called the manager. She got to our table and asked what's seems to be the problem. My mom explained to her that the food is cold including the toast. The manager had the ordacity to pull a face that's when my mom said it's fine yet I said I'm not eating this. In Zulu she said to bring my plate (with attitude)

As I waited for another 15mins... My food finally arrived yet the toast was like cardboard I was so embarrassed and called the manager again to complain about my food.

She just looked at me like I'm a brat n that's when I refused to eat the food and it should not be billed including the juice

As my mom n sister finished their cold meal, I just got up n left. As I was about to leave my sister and I spoke to another manager and she decided to redo the meal yet I was already going out the store. The manager who we spoke to has dreads n sweet n offered to give my mom my food as a take away.

The first manager her name is Busile Mokgotsi she was so rude

The second manager I did not get her name because I was so irrate

Busi should treat all customers professionally because we didn't appreciate her service for a manager nogal. How disappointing

Would I come back? Maybe not
