Horrible service

I sat at wimpy gasmere on the N1 for a full 3 hours without any of the staff checking on me. Not even a hand signal to check if Im okay or need anything. All of them passed my table at some point without even clearing my empty plate and mug. Nonhlanhla, Chantel, Emily, Zimkhitha and another lady (that I couldn't read the name tag) didn't give me even a basic service. Or is it because my meal was paid for using a voucher? That's totally not acceptable. Zimkhitha only approached me when I was pouring petrol 45 minutes after leaving wimpy. Mind you I passed all of them at the exit and even went to the Engen shop to buy water and they still didn't pay attention to me. Which means all of them had an intention to ignore me or they just don't know how to work as a team. Zimkitha might have forgotten about me but what about the other staff?
