Horrible Experience at Wimpy Sandton City

I visited Wimpy Sandton City today and ordered 1 quarter chicken and steak. The steak was done well to my specification, but as I cut the chicken, blood, lots of it began to ooze, I immediately called the waiter that was assisting me and he took the piece of chicken away in a saucer. The manager came to my table and apologized of which I accepted because of course my complaint was genuine I was not trying to create drama for anyone. My disappointment came when they took the piece of chicken, and it seemed like they went and dipped it in hot oil or something like that, and brought back the same piece. This is disgusting, and VERY disappointing. Had it been those client who wanted to create drama you would have treated them better. The least you could have done was bring another piece of chicken
