HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT WIMPY

I was extremely unhappy with our experience at Wimpy Jeffreys Bay today... I took my mom and daughter out to breakfast, as a treat. Even though the holiday season is starting, one understands that it will be busy etc. But in my opinion, that's no excuse for bad food. Besides the fact that we waited extremely long for our food AND coffee. The toast wasn't toasted at all, they only warmed up the bread, the promised grilled tomato, wasn't grilled - it wasn't even heated through. And the specifically asked for soft eggs, was anything but. Even my daughter complained that her bacon was cold and tough. I complained to the manager about the bad food, to which he didn't have much to say. Like I said in the beginning, I completely understand that it's holiday time in a small coastal town, BUT, the kitchen will definitely have to step up their game.
