HEALTH VIOLATIONS

WIMPY SAFEWAYS WITBANK WORST SERVICE AND FOOD + COFFEE WAS COLD + HEALTH VIOLATIONS. Today we called to place an order for pick up as we did not want to use another delivery service because we wanted our food and coffee to be HOT when collecting it. The lady that assisted me over the phone stated that the food will be ready in 15-20min (2Chesseburgers 3 Coffees) as we then left when the 15-20min was done we LITERALLY WAITED ANOTHER 25min inside the Wimpy, Merci was working the front desk and I found her quite NOT FRIENDLY is maybe a kinder way to put it. After that she LITERALLY kept on saying the "barista" is "busy" with our coffees while we could LITERALLY see she was clearly not busy with our coffee. To top it all off the food was so cold and I'm not even lying it tasted as if it was made YESTERDAY, the patty even looked dodge !!!! Cherry on the cake, when the "barista" was done with the Latte, she messed a bit on the white lid they put on the take away cup, she used the cloth the other lady was busy wiping the counters with to wipe the lip of the Latte which is LITERALLY A HEALTH RISK and spreading bacteria and other germs which leads me to the question to how many other customers she has done it to, to the point where I have to ask the other guy to give me another lid for my coffee because she took the dirty cloth to wipe my lid.

imagine. i am not only disgusted by WIMPY SAFEWAYS but I will not encourage anyone from my experience to go there.
