Hairy food and pathetic service

Been a loyal Wimpy Greenside customer since they opened in Greenside. Went for breakfast today and had the worst experience ever. Took 20mins for the waitress to take the order, 10mins later my kids meal had arrived. 45mins later we still didn't receive our order. I had to go look for the waitress and she then said the order is still being made. I walked pass the kitchen and could see the order waiting. She eventually brought the order and to our disgust there was a long hair on the sausage. I took it straight to the manager Petrus who had no remorse or even cared to apologize. Another guy helped cancel the order and was apologetic, I think his name was Skosana, he was the only one who understands customer care. The waitress came to see what happened and she had a bad attitude, she spoke to her fellow waitresses and they all started at me as if I was wrong. We waited over 50mins for our order and it came late with a long filthy strand of hair!! Absolutely disgusted at the waitress Mable and manager Petrus. Will never visit this Wimpy ever again!!!!
