Hair on Food, Bad Attitude yet again!!

called for breakfast order and I was told that they don't deliver where I am, I must call the other wimpy. when I try to explain that they have delivered to my address before they didn't seem to understand. the staff started having a conversation in the background which I heard them say they wont come deliver. after being passed around to 3 different people on the phone and having to repeat my order and address three times, I eventually spoke to Rosina and she asked for my order yet again and I gave it to her and my address then she says they cant deliver. I explain again that they had deliver here before and that I had complaint about their bad service once before and now its happening again that's when she said they will deliver. when food eventually got here I found hair in both the takeaways. I took pics but unfortunately I cant attach them here. I had to through the food because its just not acceptable.Its so disappointing to see staff members tarnish their own company's reputation. Disappointed!!
