Greedy Wimpy head office is poketing the waiters tips leeving them disenfranchised.

While attending Wimpy in Clearwater Mall, I was introduced to the app where a client can make their order.

I am shocked and appaled at Wimpy head office in how they can can stoop so low. This wimpy app is not there to assist us the clients, it is their for the sole purpose of pocketing the tips that would otherwise be paid to the waiters. To be clear, head office is pocketing the waiters tips but still expects the waiters who do not earn a fixed salery to clean up the tables of client's who used the app for free.

Nice try head office but I will never use an app that is designed to help you disenfranchise you're own waiters. I enjoy the service I get from the waiters and no app can replace that.

I wouldn't put it past head office to find a way to force their staff to introduce this ap knowing full well if the app is successful it will make their jobs redundant.
