Great service at Wimpy Canal Walk

My son usually orders his own meals from the menus but usually doesn't receive the interaction he should get as a customer. I'm of the opinion that most people in the service industry especially in retail have no idea or interest in their job. So imagine my surprise when we had the most amazing experience at Wimpy Canal Walk. My 11 year old son is very chatty with the assistants but most times he's ignored and they only engage with adults. I have to say that I am very impressed by our server Thumekah who not only acknowledged my son but engaged with him for the entire time we were at Wimpy. As a mom she also had the foresight to bring our milkshakes after he had eaten his meal. When we were done she chatted with him and even gave him a hug. It was amazing to witness this genuine interaction.
