Great service and attitude
On the 26th February 2016 I had the worst experience ever at Wimpy Jabulani mall where the service and attitude of both the waitress and manager gave the worst service.I later reported this on your portal just after that I received a call from another manager by the name of Thandeka Ngubane who apologised for what had earlier transpired and requested for us to come back on the 27th February which I agreed to.On our arrival there we were welcomed with a smile by Thandeka who then allocated us a waitress by the name of Azwindini Lusunzi who by far is the best waitress that I have come across ,her smile ,manner of approach and her customer service was out of this world I noticed her attitude not only towards us but also to all the other customers that she was serving .They are both an asset to your business.indeed both these lovely ladies redeemed the image of Wimpy as a whole not just Jabulani.They deserve to be employees of the year not just a month.Thank you ladies.
