Great cooking bad service

Wimpy is known for its great food, but great food should always be paired with great service. Unfortunately, a nearby Wimpy has consistently fallen short in this regard. When ordering breakfast via Uber, meals take an unreasonably long time to prepare, and attempts to follow up by phone go unanswered. This lack of responsiveness, coupled with an attitude of indifference, is disappointing and does not reflect the standard of service customers deserve. Wimpy should ensure that every location upholds both quality food and customer care, as service is just as important as the meal itself.
