Funds deducted but order didn't go through 👀

Yesterday I ordered food at nelspruit ferreira street wimpy online R129. 90 was debited from my absa account but the order didn't go through and I haven't been refunded yet. When I check my order history the order didn't go through but my funds are still missing. And the wimpy email help is out so service.
