Found a flea floating on ice block in iced coffee at Wimpy Uitenhage.

Yesterday afternoon (24/05/24) I had lunch at Wimpy Uitenhage with a friend and found a flea(dog/cat flea) floating on my ice in my iced coffee as I was stirring. The waitress laughed it off and didn't offer a proper apology or incentive for what happened. She made another iced coffee that tasted even more watered down than the first one. The service was unprofessional and drinks were off putting. We still had to pay full price and when we asked if the drink is going to be free she kept laughing and didn't answer any of our questions. This is unacceptable. Thumbs down.
