FOUND A BUG IN MY FOOD!!

I am such a fan of Wimpy! And I've never really received bad service or terrible food from any of the Wimpy restaurants I've been to. HOWEVER on this particular day we were trying out a Wimpy for the first time close to where I've recently moved to, at Princess Crossing Roodepoort. Firstly, my soft drink had a bug in it when they served it to me, the waitress had to take it back and change it. Secondly, when our food came the fries were burnt and kindly asked to change those too. Unfortunately she explained to us that the new bag of potatoes they bought were burning quickly as soon as they put them in oil and we weren't the first to complain about them. We were asked to either opt for hash browns or get freshly fried fries from the same batch of potatoes and we humbly asked for the fries. The food came eventually and to my biggest shock!, When I had a second bite of my burger, a huge dead ****roach came out. I must have bit into it or something because it was sticking out of where I took a bite!!! We stood up immediately and left. Too many inconveniences in one day and this was just the worst thing that could happen!!! The waitress called the manager and she said the reason could be that they were fumigating the restaurant the previous day. This has put me off Wimpy and I probably will avoid eating from there for years to come.
