Forced to pay twice

7th July went to Wimpy Shelly Beach and paid on Wimpy app. Staff said I didn't pay as they had no confirmation and forced me to pay again assuring me that the app charge would be reversed and took my number and said they would call me and refund me. When I call the app help they said they cant see the transactions as outsourced. What a way to let another company run your business and make your help staff useless. pathetic management congratulations. still non refund or call. both amounts taken off my Credit Card.
