Food not up to standard at all

I went to Wimpy in Witpoortjie by the Engen garage on Sartuday morning for breakfast. The food was so below standard it was ridiculous, eggs were so oily and well done instead of medium, I told the waiter and came back with eggs that were still not medium, bacon was dry and extremely oily, the hashbrown cubes were oily and it was like they were made from oil that has been used for months and that was not hot, the burger was dry. My whole breakfast was just horrible, I asked Thabani who was our waiter to call the manager, the lady came but I don't even think she even understood what I was saying or even cared. We have been going to the same wimpy for a while and all of a sudden we are charged for hot water and a slice of lemon? what is the charge of R 16.90 for exactly, hot water or slice of lemon? Because it doesn't make sense to be charged just for that. The food was just shocking, and shocking is an understatement. I think Wimpy should shut down that particular one branch because you cannot operate a business and run it like a ****a shop. I am disappointed beyond words.
