Food never delivered. Driver stole my food.

Hi, on Saturday 23 March 2024, I ordered 6 chicken wings and fully loaded dagwood and chips on uber eat from Wimpy Boulders, my order was not delivered, instead the uber driver sent me a meassage demanding that I pay R50 cash for him to deliver the food, he eventually tol me he was going to cancel my order. I did not receive the food which i paid R334.70 for. Uber does not have contact number or email, they use in-app support system which is managed by bots, so they keep on telling me that they cant help meat this point. I am making you aware that we order foods and the drivers ***** them, this i unacceptable. Please refund me. I have screenshots of communication between me and that ******** called Mashego Maxwell with registration number LF23MVGP, I will also open a ******** case against him at the SAPS today.
