FNB On The Go benefits

So on the Wimpy website it is stated that "FNB On The Go benefits cannot be exchanged for cash. The benefit is applicable to both sit-down and takeaway meals." I went to the Longmeadow Wimpy to claim my FNB On The Go benefit for take away and I was told that I need to sit down in order to collect the voucher. Now, I was on my way to work so I asked the Cashier to please help me this once as I had no idea that the rules had changed and I was going to be late for work but she still refused.

I emailed Wimpy and the Manager responded that he will escalate the matter as the instruction has always been to give these vouchers for takeaway only (The Wimpy website still says we can collect for take away even today - 11 June), this was on the 30th of May, today is the 11th of June and I still haven't heard from Wimpy?!
