False advertising on a special burger deal

TV was advertising a burger and chips for R39.90 at wimpy ….when you go to one there is no mention of the special, you ask and are told you will get a kiddies burger with 10 chips and that’s the special….the add on TV does not mention a kiddies burger. I wrote to them and received a case number but have had no response after writing to them over a week ago…….I think it’s false advertising
