False advertising
Paid a visit to wimpy grandwest upon arrival my wife and i was introduced to their 50th birthday burger combo cost R50 each. With an option of upsizing with extra patty and slice cheese for extra R20 (as per website adverti*****t) We decided to go with the upsize. After which they dedied us that option of extra cheese and patty for R20. Saying we will have to pay R8 for the cheese and R20 for the patty. Asked to speak to the manager ( Thabileng) as he approached us he asked must he spell it out for us. Found it very rude. As the adverti*****t clearly states otherwise. To avoid further arguments we just took the R50 burger special as is. Not happy with the service at all.
