**** voucher on the app

wimpy gave an app voucher, unable to redeem it, twice now in 5 days. stores say they don't take the app voucher. went to suncoast and springfield. logged a query but still not resolved. rather embarassing to take family out to this brand. CAS-*** and CAS-***
