extremely bad service

We went to Wimpys at N1 city to go for lunch as myself and my wife wanted to eat something before going shopping.<br> <br> After waiting for 10 minutes for our waitress to arrive we placed our order of milkshakes and food at the same time. I had a burger and my wife the waffle.<br> <br> The food arrived 20 or so minutes later, even before our drinks arrived. My wifes waffle was still raw so she send it back. By the time I finished eating my burger we still had to wait another 5-10 minutes before the milkshakes arrived. We finished our milkshakes and after waiting again for a while a new waffle arrived, again raw. The manageress said that the batch of dough might be wrong, however that is something that should be checked before the food leaves the kitchen. All in all the service was substandard and the waiting period was unacceptable, especially more so as the restautant was almost empty at the time. Our experience eating there today has left us more with the feeling of having done a c**** than dining out.<br> <br> I strongly doubt that that particular wimpy will be seeing us again.
