Exceptional Service - Thank You

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Manager at Wimpy East Rand Mall (the one between McDonald's and Panarotti's). After my complaint I received a call and he arranged that I bring my mom so that we're can be treated. Indeed when my mother and I arrived at the restaurant we were given a very warm welcome. The Manager was friendly and since I did not want to put my mom through the same ordeal of ordering the crusher, we were given the option to order any milkshakes of our choice. We got our deliciously refreshing and tasteful milkshakes which went well with the meals were bought. The service was excellent and I would like to thank Management for taking the initiative in ensuring that we had a great outing with my mom.
