Excellent service

I would just like to commend the staff at Wimpy East rand Mall. I've just taken my 3 girls there for milkshakes. Three of us ordered chocolate milkshakes which tasted sour. I mentioned to our waiter that they didn't taste good but I was still prepared to pay for them. He then called the manager who came to apologise saying that sometimes the syrup from the supplier tastes a bit sour. I didn't complain at all and appreciated the feedback. When the bill came, they had only charged us for one milkshake and the plate of chips we ordered. I didn't get the waiter or managers name but really appreciated the gesture. Will definitely go back to that wimpy specifically for the excellent service.
