ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT WITH WIMPY STAFF CRADLESTONE

On Sunday the 27th September 2015 I was at the Cradlestone mall for some shopping. My battery died, I had an emergency with my daughter who suddenly got sick and needed to rush back home. However I had to call my husband to collect us as I didn't take the car. I didn't know what to do so I approached a lady that was wearing a Wimpy name tag to lend me her phone briefly to make a call and I would buy her airtime, she said she didn't have her phone with her and we went inside the restaurant. She was asking her colleagues if they could help me out, none of them had a phone. So the manager said I could quickly use their landline. While I was waiting for my husband to fetch us I ordered something to drink. We were being treated like royalty the entire time we were waiting it was so refreshing! We were seated like we went there for a meal, my daughter was given a balloon ,a lollipop and art work to keep her calm. I just want to say thank you so much to ALL the staff at the WIMPY CRADLESTONE branch, you are absolutely AMAZING. We'll be coming through with the family soon and tip everyone :-) :-) :-) Such excellent service is rare to find. THANK YOU, we enjoyed every moment :-)
