***** coffee & lack of efficient customer service

My sister and I ordered two regular Wimpy coffees. Just as she was finishing hers, she had discovered that at the bottom of her coffee were bits of black muck (to clarify: this was definitely Not undisolved coffee). After bringing this to the waiter's attention, he merely took it away without any apology on behalf of the staff. He later returned and asked if my sister would like another coffee. She had declined. As I was about halfway with my cup of coffee, the same black muck started surfacing to the top - obviously I immediately brought this to the waiters attention. At least he apologised this time around. <br> <br> My shock is further fueled by the fact that the manager had not once come to our table to apologize for what had happened, or to even check if we were still comfortable. This shows an Extreme lack in professionalism. <br> <br> I would suggest that this Wimpy train ALL their staff appropriately before letting them deal with the food or customers.<br> <br> Also, this Wimpy is ALWAYS fly-infested. And on the note I will NOT recommend this Wimpy to anyone!
