Dissatisfied customer service

My daughter and I went to have breakfast Sat 30 July 2022. What a disaster , the restaurant was full but everyone sitting was waiting for either food or drinks. There were people waiting over 45 minutes for their drinks. Some over an hour for their food. We waited 15min for the waitress ti take our order. Then another 40min only to get a cold cup of coffee. A lot of patrons decided to rather leave and cancel their meals. When our meal did eventually arrive it was not what I ordered and the chips were cold. Clearly from what we saw the communication was a big problem in the kitchen. I saw 1 waitress trying to serve everyone. The manager Cheryl tried her best. The kitchen staff is a complete disaster and should be looked at with more competent staff.
