Dissatisfied customer

@Wimpy Galleria... Today I attempted having lunch at wimpy with my sister. Upon arrival, the lady gave us menus and sat us down and didn't attend to us at all, a couple of another race arrived shortly after us and their order was taken instantly. We sat there with menus for 45minutes with all the waiters just passing by and looking at us, until we eventually decided to leave those menus on the table and leave. I was very dissatisfied with their service, their unprofessional approach towards customers. It was my first time going to that particular Wimpy establishment and sadly, do not think I'll ever go there again.
