Dishonest Branch Manager (Wimpy Rosebank Mall)

It was the 20th December 2023 when my wife and myself attended Rosebank Mall Wimpy, we order 2 chicken wings meal with onion ring, chips and sauce worth R139 plus each and cream spinach and one cold drink. We were attended by Present (lady). When the food was served both on our plates our chips and onion rings were drowning from the sauce, the meal was messy, we caused no drama, ate the food, we paid but informed Present about our dissatisfaction. She called her manager, his name is Nkosana, we asked him to pass the message to the kitchen staff not to mess up meals in future, Nkosana said if the message was passed to him before checking out he was gonna give us a R60 discount, but asked us to come back he will give us that discount, to which my wife rep****, how are you gonna remember because we have nothing in writing, Nkosana said we shouldn't worry he will remember us. We decided to go back on the 27th January, and that this we took a kid with us, we passed Nkosana at the entrance and I asked him if he still remember who we are and he rep**** yes, I thanked him and we were lucky to be served by Present again, we ordered Bits and Bites Platter for us, a burger and a juice for a kid. When it was time to pay, we asked for Nkosana so that he could authorize his R60 discount, that guy completely denied he ever promised us anything like that, it was such an embarrassing scene because other customers were now looking at us and he portrayed us as ****s, instead he offered us milk shakes which I refused, Present intervened and spoke to my wife and pleaded with her to accepted the milk shakes and she eventually accepted. Present gave us the best service on both occasions, the main issue is about that dishonest branch manager Nkosana.
