Disgusting service from Wimpy

The service was poor, I ordered a simple triple chocolate cake slice which took 20 minutes long. The cashiers all spoke in iszulu and I did not understand them but I patiently waited. I then took a walk only to walk back into the restaurant. Not only did I not find my order ready. I was told it was coming out the kitchen. Then only to see them take the cake box out the fridge and cover the cake in chocolate sauce. I asked for cream and in that time they asked twice if I wanted ice cream. I then happily walk away after that ordeal only to find the cake was stale and broken. I know why they had taken so long.
