Disgusting service from the manager

I don't even know where to begin. I have been to this establishment 2 now and everytime I have a terrible experience. The first time we waited over an hour for our food and my food was brought long before my daughters. I promised myself never to visit this branch again, but yet I gave it another go. On Saturday 28/6, my daughter and myself went to Wimpy New Redruth. We were handed menus and waited, and waited and waited. Eventually the manager came around and asked if we had been helped. She wrote down the order on her hand and dissappeared. (very unprofessional) About 10 minutes later our drinks arrived, and then the long wait for the food started. I eventually went to the same lady and asked her when would receive our order, she ever so *****y asked me: "what did you order?" Seriously , you took the order!!! I paid for our beverages and left, no sorry, so apology, no nothing!! I snared at me, as if I was in the wrong!!! DISGUSTING!!!!! So after this experience, I complained on Wimpy's website, received a reference number CAS-***-C3R4BZ. Somehow I don't anything will be done!!!
