Disgusting Service at Wimpy Tygervalley

Hi Im Thabisa , i downloaded Wimpy REwards app on my phone , got a voucher for free burger meal , i decided to take a walk and collect at Wimpy Tygervalley , cashiers were very nice and helpful although did not really understand how to redeem the voucher , and the Manager was called and i did not get his name , The gentleman is very rude and disrespectful , I am so disgusted in the service , she could pick up my barcode on the phone and my phone somehow struggled to scan it..He was so annoyed and told me the other customers phone is not problematic but mine , when i asked him seeing that i have this sms and barcode were there no alternative ways..My the guy flipped ,,he is so arrogant and he even told me "not to cause a scene....his facial expression said it all , i do not want to make this a racial thing but he surely does have a problem
