Disgusting service

I have had the most pathetic service from the wimpy by nandi drive. they tell us they have no burger buns and put the burger content in a toasted sandwich and still billed us for a burger when the actual product was a toasted sandwich. to our shock the people who came in a few minutes after us magically got there burger buns and we were told that they got buns from another store so why cudnt u wait on our order and give us wat u charged us for. the manager contacts me and was of no help wat so every. the managers at the store were so disgustingly rude and totally unprofessional. we work at a very big company that makes use of the wimpy on nandi drive and we will nva go back there. they have will loose alot of business they actually known for there pathetic service. its totally unacceptable how a big name like wimpy cant produced such terrible customer service and food.
