disgusting service

I am so upset about the 2 incidents that took place. I visited the Wimpy in Greenstone about 3 weeks ago and ordered a breakfast to only find egg shell on my toast which I was so annoyed about and the waiter did get the kitchen staff to rectify, she assured me that this isn't the case all the time and she told the manager who then later visited the table and told us that she spoke to the chef and told them to be careful as it is a health hazard to children and unhygenic...I appreciated this gesture and really didn't have an issue until we went there again on Sunday where I ordered a breakfast (take away) to find EGG SHELL AGAIN and a strand of hair in my food...this really irritates me because what are the odds of this happening to me again...so upset as the waiters and manager is absolutely lovely but I really can't handle finding stuff like that in my food. It's so disgusting
