Disgusting delivery of food

Ordered a cheese burger and chips via the Mr D app from Lakefield Roadhouse, the meal wasn't cooked thoroughly as some chips had a hard raw centre or were extremely flimsy.

I tried contacting Wimpy directly but they brush off all complaints.
