Disgusting attitude

I have never in my life seen such poor service ever. I have been to various Wimpy restaurants in different provinces but the one in Murchies Passage in West Street, Durban really give the franchise a bad name. The staff is neither friendly nor welcoming. I waited for over 10 minutes for a waiter to come and get my order. I ordered traditional breakfast with coffee. To start with, she brought me cold coffee, as if that was not enough, it took almost an hour for me to get my food. My sister joined me while l was waiting and we ordered her food as well, we ended up cancelling the order. No apology, nothing. Most customers that found me there left when they heard me complaining.
